Why Restwave
A tilted head puts about 27 lb on your neck. Most of us do it all day.
54% of people working from home report neck pain. We’ve all tried the fixes: stretches we forget, massage guns that tire your arm, wheat bags that go cold, and massages that cost about $87 a time while the knots come back. So we made Restwave: pulse therapy that lowered pain versus sham devices across 91 trials, plus steady heat, in a pendant you just put on.
Tech neck
Fifteen minutes between calls
Head over a screen all day? Wear it through a call, then stretch while your neck is warm.
Stress in your shoulders
Let the workday go
Shoulders up by your ears? Heat and a slow kneading rhythm help muscles and mind unwind.
Before bed
Ease the ache before lights out
Sit back with a gentle mode while you wind down. The session ends on its own before you lie down.
Between massages
Relief without the booking
Knots come back between appointments. Restwave is there every day, in a pocket or bag.
The Restwave pendant
Pulse therapy. Steady heat. No hands.
Two smooth pads rest on the back of your neck. Pain-blocking pulses ease soreness during and right after use, tapping and kneading pulses work tight muscles, and the heater stays warm for the whole session. 5 modes, 16 levels, 3 heat settings, 15 minutes, then off.
The research
What the evidence says, honestly
Across 91 placebo-controlled trials, pain was clearly lower during and right after TENS pulse therapy than with a sham device, with no serious side effects. Home heat on the neck reduced pain and stiffness and improved how far people could turn their heads.
The honest part: the relief is short term, studies on the neck specifically are small, and no study has tested a pendant massager like ours. It isn’t for everyone: skip it if you have a pacemaker, metal implants in your neck, heart disease or epilepsy, or if you’re pregnant.
